The College of the Holy Spirit of Rosario (in Spanish: Colegio del Espíritu Santo) is a private university in Uruguay opened in 1970 (from various previous Vaudois teaching institutions).[1] It was the only private university in the state of Colonia, Uruguay Country for 11 years until 2007. Its full name is Colegio del Espíritu Santo, CDES.

Its main campus is located in Rosario, Uruguay.
