Dungeonborne is an upcoming multiplayer dark fantasy video game developed by Mithril Interactive. A demo of the game will be released on Steam on February 2, 2024.[2] The developers describe the game as a combination of player versus environment and player versus player with extraction and battle royale features.[3]
Gameplay
Dungeonborne is a first-person extraction RPG dungeon crawler.[2] The player character can be selected from seven distict classes, and equipped with specialized gear.[citation needed] The player ventures into dungeons to battle monsters and enemy players.[citation needed] The player can build loadouts with weapons and armor to prepare for matches, but death during the game leads to a loss of all equipment. Successful runs let the player retain looted items for future expeditions or sell them.[citation needed]
