Franqbox is a cloud-based software for feedback and complaints management addressed to businesses with physical premises. It's a B2B2C solution designed specifically for non-tech-savvy users that helps collect, manage and analyze customer feedback and complaints in real-time. Franqbox enables customers to give their feedback anonymously, and in real-time using their own mobile devices, while still on-site. It uses AI sentiment analysis to let businesses better understand costumer needs.[1]
History
Franqbox was founded in 2019 in Hannover, Niedersachsen. In 2019 Franqbox received a prestigious start-up grant from “EXIST”[2] and was actively supported by the German Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology and The Leibniz University Hannover.[3]
Name
According to Cambridge Dictionary "Frank" means sincere, honest, and telling the truth, even when this is awkward or makes others uncomfortable.[4]
