Short description: Social Media Management Software Company

Maybetech is a SaaS platform.[1]. It provides social media management tools and monitoring capabilities, such as Sentiment Analysis, Reporting, Social Listening and Paid Advertising Insights. The platform allows users to gather their own social media analytics and compare these alongside a chosen competitor.

The company operates worldwide and has offices in the UK and Canada [2]

History

Maybetech was founded in 2014 [3] with the aim to take the guesswork out of Social Media and help empower businesses to see the full potential they can benefit from. Maybe* put a large emphasis on helping smaller, independent businesses, alongside larger corporations, in order to keep the UK High Streets alive.

Due to their continuous solutions and passion for high street businesses, Maybetech became apart of the UK Government's High Street Task Force, a group of companies selected by the UK government to help regenerate and transform local towns and city ceentres across the UK. [4]

In a step to further support and promote local UK high streets, Maybe* created and release Local Rewards, a platform for local businesses to promote their services or products specifically to their local region.

In late 2021, Maybe* announced that they would be launching UK CRF projects in various locations throughout the UK. UK CRF projects are part of the UK Community Renewal Fund, a government scheme for 2021/2022, which provides support to communities around the UK in preparation for the Shared Prosperity Fund.[5].

Future Plans

Maybe* have always taken the stance of giving full visibility of your social media performance their main goal, and unlike many companies, offer a fully transparent view of future plans, alongside the ability for their customers to contribute towards this. Due to this outlook, Maybe* published a public product roadmap that gives users the opportunity to view all future iterations/plans for the business, alongside the ability to submit ideas that they feel will be beneficial. This approach to customer transparency has proved successful, with various customer suggestions having being developed and integrated into the platform.
