Re-flow is a British cloud-based field management software as a service company founded in 2016, with headquarters in Exeter, Devon[3]. The company provides software aiming to unite field operatives and back office staff with a centralised system[4]. It serves various sectors of the construction industry, including general construction, highway management, civil engineering[5], road marking, ground and road works, estate management[6], and landscaping.[7]
History
Re-flow was founded in 2016[3] by Michael Saunders and Leandro Wade. Prior to the company's establishment, the pair had worked together on multiple specialist apps and businesses over the span of 8 years.[5] The software was originally built to connect field operatives and back office staff with a centralised system in the highway management sector, but eventually grew in scope as it could be adapted to construction and civil engineering firms[4]. In 2018, the company was incorporated under the name Workflow Management Limited and launched as a separate entity, trading under the name Re-flow.[8] In 2019, the company won "Digital Construction of Project / Initiative of the Year" at the Constructing Excellence South West Awards.[9] It has been headquartered in Exeter, Devon, since it's founding.[10]

The company is managed by a board of directors, comprised of Michael Saunders (Managing Director), Leandro Wade (Technical Director) and Ashley Warden.[11]
Investment
Re-flow's first investment came in 2018, brokered by London-based investor group[12] Endeavour Ventures[13][5]. In 2020, Re-flow received investment from Haatch Ventures[5], an investment fund supporting digital companies[14]. QVentures, a venture capital and private equity firm investing in start-ups[15], served as an advisor during the funding process[5].
Software
Re-flow provides a digital system linking site and office, including features such as field operations management and scheduling.[5] The software's mobile forms were based on their paper counterparts[7], allowing operatives to be assigned forms through the dashboard[4] to complete digitally, such as job sheets, risk assessments, health and safety forms, vehicle checks, with the ability to attach before and after photos.[16] Information such as site drawings, customer information and product information are stored centrally, modifiable and accessible remotely, with the ability to use the application offline. Other features such as toolbox talks are also facilitated through the software. The application is available on IOS, Android, with a desktop dashboard used to manage the service.[6][7]
As of October 2021, on review aggregator Capterra, Re-flow holds an average rating of 4.5/5 based on 17 reviews.[17]
