Synder App is a financial management software package, combining options to receive credit card payments online and automatically record transactions from Stripe, PayPal, and Square in QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop and Xero, produced by CloudBusiness Inc.

History

After the initial release in January 2018 many other accounting and payment platforms have been and are continuing to be added into Synder integration package. In April 2020 Synder added additional functionality, allowing its users to send invoices and payment links to their customers.

Initial release

In January 2018 CloudBusiness Inc launched Synder (at that time under the name of Business Payments), offering synchronization between PayPal and QuickBooks Online.

Subsequent releases

After initial success an integration between Stripe and QuickBooks Online was added in February 2018, with Synder becoming an official Stripe Verified Partner. [1]

In May 2019 an integration between Square and QuickBooks Online was released on the Intuit AppStore.

In October 2019 an integration between Stripe and Xero was launched.[2][3]

In December 2019 the app underwent a major rebranding process and became known as Synder.[4]

Later in December 2019 an integration between Stripe and QuickBooks Desktop was launched.[5]

In April 2020 Synder has added an option to accept payments online, changing its service sphere into being an independent business management tool, capable of facilitating online payment and automating bookkeeping processes.

  • Rollback and Duplicate detector to avoid double entries in accounting systems and ensure the safety of all bookkeeping actions (all actions can be securely undone).
  • Parsing of highly detailed financial information into accounting platforms, including auto-tracking of inventory, locations, shipping, discounts, and multi-currency transactions.
  • Fine-tuned reconciliation and tax report preparation for all online payments in the accounting system.
