Place:Knowledge University

Knowledge University is a private (private) university founded in 2009. The university is licensed by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq and the Iraqi Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. The university can accommodate up to 4,000 students and this number is a minimum estimate based on current spaces available. At the time of writing, there are more than 2,600 students enrolled at the university. The university's campus is located on the outskirts of Erbil, near Kirkuk Road. The campus extends over 1,125 square kilometers of land, including modern architectural buildings and plenty of huge parking lots surrounded by beautiful gardens. In addition, the university has many other parts, such as the external conference hall and the lecture hall, each of which extends over an area of 2,275 square meters. Other parts include a football field, basketball court, cafeterias and a restaurant. Access to all buildings is facilitated by pathways throughout the numerous on-campus gardens.

There are many laboratories within different colleges. These laboratories are equipped with all the necessary equipment and tools required for relevant experiments and tests. There are several computer laboratories with Internet/intranet access. The campus has the potential to expand in the future, and there are plans to open new colleges and departments.
