Ammalo helops is a moth of the family Erebidae first described by Pieter Cramer in 1775. It is found in Mexico, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Honduras, Panama, Jamaica, Cuba, Haiti, Grenada, Trinidad, Amazonas, Brazil , Venezuela, Suriname, Peru and Colombia.[1]
