Engineering:AMi Exploration Program
What is AMi Exploration?
AMi Exploration is a program that aims to bring valuable metals from near-Earth asteroids worth 1 billion dollars by 2031. This Program is formed by the space agency ARCA SPACE (Romanian Association of Cosmonautics and Aeronautics)[1]

2029 - Two more mining missions
2030 - Five more mining missions
2031 - 5 more mining missions
AMi Cargo
Ami Cargo is a ship that has the ability to bring ore from a near-earth asteroid. When it reaches Earth orbit (LEO) it will fire its engine for about 34 days to get another 3.5 km/s, after a few weeks the craft will fire its engine for another 7 days. At a distance of 10 km, the capsule detaches from AMi Cargo and heads towards the asteroid. After the capsule lands on the asteroid, it will mine and after completion it will lift off the surface of the asteroid and connect with the AMi Cargo. After docking, AMi Cargo will return to Earth. In Orbit, the capsule will re-enter the atmosphere and land in the ocean.[2]

Rocket
EcoRocket Demonstrator
The EcoRocket Demonstrator is a rocket that has a water-based propulsion. This rocket and the EcoRocket program were announced in the Future of Rockets Presentation on November 17, 2020. The rocket is 13.2 meters tall, 1.2 meters in diameter and has a 10 kg launch capacity. The first 2 stages of the EcoRocket Demonstrator can be reused. The 2nd stage of the EcoRocket Demonstrator went through multiple tests at the test center located near Ramnicu Valcea, this stage was also launched a few tens or hundreds of meters from the test center. The EcoRocket went through several tests and was placed and vertically on Black. Big. On July 8, 2021, the ARCA team left port at 6 am to conduct a training mission on the Black Sea, with the EcoRocket rocket.[3]

The rocket's first launch was scheduled for June 2021. That date was canceled due to an advisory, and the launch is now rescheduled for later this year. [3]
EcoRocket Heavy
It is a rocket that is proposed to launch the AMi Cargo probe to extract asteroids in 2027. This ship has the power to launch 24 tons into Earth's orbit. The first 2 stages of the EcoRocket Heavy can be reused. Assembly of this rocket will begin soon, as ARCA SPACE said in a video: "We will expand Cosmobase to have room to assemble the EcoRocket Heavy rocket." During the 777 event held at Cosmobaza, the AMi capsule was presented. With this capsule, ARCA wants to bring back to earth 2 and a half tons of ore. The capsule has an empty weight of 900 kg. EcoRocket Heavy's first stage propels for 32 seconds, after which the first stage will separate at an altitude of 7,000 meters and a speed of 1,750 km/h, and the second stage will start its engine for 50 seconds, after which it will separate. at an altitude of 43,000 meters and a speed of 3,800 km/h, after which the second stage will separate at an altitude of 60 km and the third stage will keep its engine running for 185 seconds.[4]
