Nassarius nitidus is a species of sea snail, a marine gastropod mollusk in the family Nassariidae, the nassa mud snails or dog whelks.[3]

Distribution

This species occurs in European waters and in the Alboran Sea.

Description

Nassarius nitidus

The length of the shell varies between 24 mm and 33 mm.
