Litoria nullicedens is a tree frog in the subfamily Pelodryadinae, endemic to Papua New Guinea. Scientists have observed this frog on the southwestern side of Mount Obree, at 550 meters above sea level.[2][3]

This frog has green pigmentation on the mucosa of its mouth. Scientists say this species is related to the northern New Guinea tree frog, Litoria graminea.[4]
