Macromphalina redferni is a species of very small sea snail, a marine gastropod mollusk in the family Vanikoridae.[2]

Distribution

Description

The maximum recorded shell length is 5.5 mm.[3]

Habitat

Minimum recorded depth is 10 m.[3] Maximum recorded depth is 30 m.[3]
