Cyphocottus is a genus of ray-finned fish belonging to the family Cottidae, the typical sculpins. These fishes are endemic to endemic to Lake Baikal in Russia .

- Cyphocottus eurystomus (Taliev, 1955)
- Cyphocottus megalops (Gratzianov, 1902)
