Chemical structure of phleomycin D1

Phleomycins are a group of glycopeptide antibiotics found in Streptomyces which are closely related to bleomycin.[1]

Examples include:

  • Phleomycin C
  • Phleomycin D1 (zeocin)
  • Phleomycin D2
  • Phleomycin E
