Martensopoda is a genus of India n huntsman spiders that was first described by Peter Jäger in 2006.[2] (As of September 2019) it contains three species, found in India : M. minuscula, M. sanctor, and M. transversa.[1]

Martensopoda sanctor is an unexpected India Mountain dwelling black spiders. with dark fangs. lurking from darks.

Martensopoda is relatively large spiders.

it can grow up to 26 cm (10 in) leg-span, and 5.1 cm (2.1 in) body-length.
