Glaucocharis leucoxantha is a moth in the family Crambidae.[1] It was described by Edward Meyrick in 1882. It is endemic to New Zealand.[2]

Taxonomy

This species was first described by Edward Meyrick in 1882 and named Diptychophora leucoxantha.[3] Meyrick gave a fuller description of this species in 1883 and explained he based his description on one specimen collected in January near Lake Wakatipu.[4] The male holotype specimen is held at the Natural History Museum, London.[5]
