Plasmodium icipeensis is a parasite of the genus Plasmodium.

Like all Plasmodium species P. achiotense has both vertebrate and insect hosts. The vertebrate hosts for this parasite are lizards.[1]

Geographical occurrence

This species is found in Kenya.
