Mesogobius is one of the genera of benthophiline gobiid fishes native to the basins of the Black and Caspian Seas.

- Mesogobius nigronotatus (Kessler, 1877) (? = M. nonultimus)[2]
- Mesogobius nonultimus (Iljin, 1936)
