The eastern olivaceous flatbill (Rhynchocyclus olivaceus) is a species of bird in the family Tyrannidae.

It is found in Bolivia, Brazil , Colombia, French Guiana, Guyana, Suriname, and Venezuela. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forest and subtropical or tropical swamps.
