The plain leaf warbler (Phylloscopus neglectus) is a species of Old World warbler in the family Phylloscopidae. It is found in Afghanistan, Bahrain, India , Iran, Oman, Pakistan , Russia , Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, United Arab Emirates, and Uzbekistan.

Its natural habitat is temperate forests.
