Proceratophrys palustris is a species of frog in the family Odontophrynidae. It is endemic to Brazil . Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist montane forest, subtropical or tropical dry lowland grassland, and intermittent rivers. It is threatened by habitat loss.
