Pseudochromis pylei, Pyle's dottyback, is a species of ray-finned fish from the western central Pacific Ocean, which is a member of the family Pseudochromidae.[1] This species reaches a length of 8.0 cm (3.1 in).[2]

Entymology

The fish is named for Robert M. Pyle, who described two new species in 1989 with J. E. Randall, Cirrhilabrus scottorum and Rabaulichthys stigmaticus.
