Limnocottus is a genus of ray-finned fish belonging to the family Cottidae, the typical sculpins. These fishes are endemic to Lake Baikal in Russia .

- Limnocottus godlewskii (Dybowski, 1874)
- Limnocottus griseus (Taliev, 1955)
