Relayware, formerly Foundation Network, is a vendor of partner relationship management (PRM) solutions, which it delivers to businesses over the internet using the software as a service[1] model.
History
Origins
Foundation Network was founded in 1997 by former business consultant and technologist Simon Wallace-Jones.[citation needed] Later that year the company secured its first global customer in 3Com, the network infrastructure vendor.
In April 2008 Foundation Network announced the release of RelayWare 8,[2] the next-generation of their PRM software.
Current status
Foundation Network became Relayware in 2010 and established its headquarters in Redwood Shores, California .
