Kuwait Technical College or K-TECH started operating in 2014 to provide opportunities for students who are more orientated toward practical education rather than the more theoretical approach. It is licensed by Kuwait's General Secretariat of Private Universities Council, and offers recognised 2 year Diploma and associate degree programs in addition to internationally accredited certificates in Microsoft, CISCO, and CompTIA.

K-TECH has a unique partnership with Kaplan University headquartered in the United States of America , if students choose to continue their education after completion of their respective degrees. For MIS students, K-TECH has aligned with GUST, a private local University, for continuation in their Bachelor's degree program.
