Research Now is an online sampling and data collection company that collects visitors' digital data by tracking their social networks and referring sites. The company provides the digital data they collect to their clients.
History
Initially founded in 1999 by Hal Brierly and Mort Meyerson the company was named E-Rewards.[1][2][3] E-Rewards had grown fast to over 100,000 clients in a just few months. E-Rewards, Inc. obtained Research Now Company that was based in London, England in December 2009. In addition, E-Rewards, Inc. got an asset of Peanut Labs, Inc. in October 2010. The headquarters of the company is now in Plano, Texas with over a thousand workers in 27 different local centers all around the world.
Service
Research Now is used to track online consumer's website history to look collect data about their purchasing behavior.[4] The company also composes and proposes surveys to its users to get more accurate and clarified responses from broad-based consumers.[5] With gathered data, the company conducts up-to-date market research to determine the trends occurring around the world. Aside from gathering information on their purchasing behaviors, the company guarantees to protect consumer's unauthorized personal data. Since handheld technology has been developed to become a core part of our society, the company started to look for mobile research tools.[6] The company gives surveys to mobile users to get an idea for the mobile panel's tastes.
