Ophiusa triphaenoides is a moth of the family Erebidae. It is found from the India to China , Taiwan, Thailand, Burma, Sumatra and Borneo. It has also been recorded from Palau.

The larvae feed on Terminalia, Shorea, Syzygium and Pinus species.
