Company:Blue Orange Europe
Blue Orange International is a boardgame company based in Pont-à-Mousson[1] in France.
It was founded in 2013 by the association of two compagnies :
- Blue Orange Games, founded in the USA in 2000 by Thierry Denoual and Julien Mayot
- Jactalea, founded in France in 2005 by Jalal Amraouza and Timothée Leroy
Blue Orange International is a boardgame publisher which games are accessible for all the public : children's, teenagers, family and adults. Blue Orange release around 9 of new boardgames every years. These boardgames are usually made out of wood, tin, resin, and recycled and recyclable materials.[2]
Blue Orange Group
The group Blue Orange is constituted by three poles:
- Blue Orange Edition (France) which can be considered as the engineering consulting firm of the group. 3 project managers of Blue Orange Edition look for the playful pearls of tomorrow. They are in connection with the authors of game (set, play) of the whole world and test more than 1,000 games (sets) a year.
- Blue Orange Games (USA): which is the distributor of Blue Orange's games in the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
- Blue Orange International (France) which distribute the Blue Orange's games in the rest of the world : Europe, South America, Africa and Asia.
Blue Orange's games are actually distributed on 5 continents, in 42 different countries.
