Hylomantis buckleyi is a species of frog in the family Hylidae. It is found in Colombia and Ecuador. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical moist montane forests, and freshwater marshes. It is threatened by habitat loss.
