Amietophrynus kisoloensis is a species of toad in the family Bufonidae. It is found in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Kenya, Malawi, Rwanda, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia, and possibly Burundi. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist montane forests, rivers, and intermittent freshwater marshes. It is threatened by habitat loss.
