ASint Technology Corporation is a memory supplier company founded in December, 2007.[1] It is jointly owned by Asustek Computer Inc. and Silicon Integrated Systems Corp.
History
ASint Technology was founded in 2007 as a fully owned subsidiary of Silicon Integrated Systems Corp.
In 2010, Asustek bought 60% stake in the company.
