Johnny Ray Turner (born December 19, 1949) is an American politician. He is a former Democratic member of the Kentucky Senate, representing the 29th District from 2001 to 2021. He served as Minority Caucus Chair from 2003 to 2014.[1]
In April 2007, Turner was sentenced to three months' home detention and one year of probation for "non-willful" vote buying.[2][3]
