Allobaculum is a Gram-positive, non-spore-forming bacterial, strictly anaerobic and non-motile genus from the family Erysipelotrichaceae, with known species Allobaculum stercoricanis[1][2][3] and Allobaculum mucolyticum.

Phylogeny

The currently accepted taxonomy is based on the List of Prokaryotic names with Standing in Nomenclature (LPSN)[1] and National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI).[4]
