Amphogona is a genus of deep-sea hydrozoans of the family of Rhopalonematidae.[2] It has a cosmopolitan distribution in tropical to temperate oceans.[3]

- Amphogona apsteini (Vanhöffen, 1902)
- Amphogona pusilla Hartlaub, 1909
