Austropyrgus tateiformis is a species of minute freshwater snail with an operculum, an aquatic gastropod mollusc or micromollusc in the Hydrobiidae family. This species is endemic to northwestern Tasmania, Australia . It is only known from its type locality near Arthur River.[1]
