The black caecilian, Epicrionops niger, is a species of caecilian in the Rhinatrematidae family found in Guyana,[1] Venezuela, and possibly Brazil . Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical moist montane forests, rivers, and intermittent rivers.
