Blanchetia is a monotypic genus[1] of flowering plants in the family Asteraceae, containing the single species Blanchetia heterotricha.[2] It is endemic to Brazil (states of Bahia, Alagoas, Paraíba, Pernambuco, and Sergipe).[3][4]
