Bulbophyllum blumei is a species of orchid in the genus Bulbophyllum. Each pseudobulb bears one leaf. The flowers are about 8 cm across and are a beautiful maroon colour that fades to yellow on the edges. In appearance it resembles the Masdevallia orchids. It is native to Australia , Borneo, Papua New Guinea, Malaysia, and the Philippines .
