Cainocreadium is a genus of trematodes in the family Opecoelidae. It has been synonymised with Apopodocotyle Pritchard, 1966,[2] Cainocreadoides Nagaty, 1956,[3] and Emmettrema Caballero y Caballero, 1946.[4]
