Chilades sanctithomae is a butterfly in the family Lycaenidae. It is found on São Tomé Island.[2] The species was first founded in the settlement of São Nicolau located south and above Monte Café which is now in the Me-Zochi district. It was described by Emily Mary Bowdler Sharpe in 1893.

In 1999, Zsólt Balint suggests that C. sanctithomae may be a junior subjective synonym of Chilades naidina, but has not made a formal synonymy.[3]
