Clinidium insigne is a species of ground beetle in the subfamily Rhysodinae.[1] It was described by Antoine Henri Grouvelle in 1903.[1][2] It is known from Ecuador (several locations, including its type locality),[2][3] provisionally from Cali, Colombia,[2] and Yacambú National Park in Venezuela.[3]

Clinidium insigne measures 7–7.4 mm (0.28–0.29 in) in length.[2]
