Clinidium moldenkei is a species of ground beetle in the subfamily Rhysodinae.[2] It was described by R.T. Bell & J.R. Bell in 1985.[1][2] It is endemic to the Golfo Dulce region in Puntarenas Province, Costa Rica.[3] The species is named for the coleopterist Andrew R. Moldenke, collector of the holotype.[1]

Clinidium moldenkei measure 6.8–7.8 mm (0.27–0.31 in) in length.[1]
