Eithea is a plant genus in the Amaryllis family, endemic to southern Brazil . It contains two known species: Eithea blumenavia (K. Koch & C.D. Bouché ex Carrière) Ravenna, native to the States of Paraná, Santa Catarina, and São Paulo, and Eithea lagopaivae Campos-Rocha & Dutilh, native to the States of São Paulo.[2][3][4][5][6][7][8]
Eithea is located in tribe Hippeastreae, subtribe Hippeastrinae.
