"Eleutherodactylus" bilineatus is a species of frog in the Craugastoridae family. Its placement with the family is uncertain, although it is likely close to the clade Noblella+Barycholos within subfamily Holoadeninae. It is endemic to the Bahia state in eastern Brazil .[2] Its natural habitat is lowland moist forest, but it also occurs in cocoa plantations. It tolerates habitat modification as long as trees are present. It has been found in leaf litter and in bromeliads. It can be threatened by habitat loss.[1]
