Halieutopsis galatea, also known as Galathea deepsea batfish, is a species of fish in the family Ogcocephalidae.[1] It can be found in the Western Indian Ocean off the coast of Kenya. This species reaches a length of 5.5 cm (2.2 in).[2]
Etymology
The species is named after the vessel Galathea.
