Hypatopa arxcis is a moth in the family Blastobasidae. It is usually found in Costa Rica.[1]
The length of the forewings is 3.8 – 4.9mm. The forewings are pale brown intermixed with brown scales. The hindwings are translucent pale brown.
Etymology
The specific name is derived from Latin arx (meaning fortress, citadel or stronghold).
