Loxostege typhonalis is a moth in the family Crambidae. It was described by William Barnes and James Halliday McDunnough in 1914.[2] It is found in North America, where it has been recorded from Arizona and New Mexico.[3]
The wingspan is 18–20 mm. The forewings are ocherous brown. The hindwings are pale ocherous, but darker at the margins.[4] Adults are on wing from July to September.[5]
