Persististrombus latus, commonly known as the Bubonian Conch, is a species of sea snail, a marine gastropod mollusk in the family Strombidae, the true conchs.[3]

Description

The shell size varies between 70 mm and 165 mm.

Distribution

The Bubonian Conch is distributed in the Atlantic Ocean along West Africa, Senegal, Gabon, Cape Verde, Ascension Island and Angola.
