Phthitogomphus is an extinct genus of odonate[1] from the Early Jurassic and it is known from the Sachrang Formation of Germany[2] and Switzerland,[3] and the Schistes bitumineux of Luxembourg.[4]

The type species is Phthitogomphus angulatus[2][5] and it was initially known as Paragomphus angulatus.[6]
