Phytoliriomyza melampyga is a species of fly in the family Agromyzidae. It is found in the Palearctic.[1] Mesonotum with yellow bands. Scutellum yellow. Frons yellow.[2] The larva mines Himalayan balsam (Impatiens glandulifera).
